Catch the fish
The guide will drive you on a sled pulled by a snowmobile to a very specific place and will explain how to make a hole in the ice. You will drill inn the ice until you reach the water. In the middle of the sea, you will have a cozy moment around a fire and a "fika".
If the fish is big enough, it will be directly smoked on fire for a tasting on site. Otherwise it will be release or given to the majestic sea eagles.
